Preferences for the tiny HTML Tools are set on the Preferences page under Window > Preferences using the Node 'tiny HTML Tools'. The preferences page looks as follows:
You can configure the start- and end-tags generated by all actions on the page. Thus for example you may want borders on all your generated tables. Do this by changing the start-tag for tables as displayed below.
